The delivery of purchased items will be carried out within the national territory via the courier GLS and is free for orders over €50.00; otherwise, the cost will be determined based on the weight and volume of the shipment.
The entire Italian territory is served within 24/48 hours, excluding hard-to-reach locations such as Venice, mountain areas, Calabria, Sardinia, Sicily, and minor islands, for which delivery times are 3–5 days and include an additional surcharge determined based on the weight and volume of the shipment.
Shipping remains free for orders over €50.00.
DELIVERY TIMES
GLS delivers from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).
From the moment the order is received, Zio Pasquale, in compliance with Art. 61 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, undertakes to deliver the ordered goods within 7 (seven) days for orders up to €200 completed with electronic payment methods (credit card, Stripe, PayPal). Orders with higher amounts require an approval phase by the company and therefore cannot guarantee the 7-day delivery timeframe.
Note: Delivery times may vary during certain periods of the year (e.g. Christmas and Easter).
TRACKING
The tracking service is free of charge. As soon as the package is shipped by the GLS courier, the customer will receive an automatic email from GLS with their tracking number. Simply enter the tracking number in the field on the page www.gls-italy.com to know at any time where the package is and thus follow the shipment status.
