Ingredients: Italian soft WHEAT flour 51%, Senatore Cappelli durum WHEAT semolina 28%, verdeca white wine 16% (SULFITES), olive oil, extra virgin olive oil 6%, salt, fresh yeast.
Storage: When properly stored in their packaging in cool, dry environments, our taralli have a shelf life of six months. We use only 100% natural preservatives, such as extra virgin olive oil and white wine.
Additional details: All our products may contain traces of nuts in shell, sesame, and gluten-containing cereals. They are free from preservatives and colorings.
