Ingredients: Italian soft WHEAT flour 51%, Senatore Cappelli durum WHEAT semolina 28%, verdeca white wine 16% (SULPHITES), olive oil, extra virgin olive oil 6%, salt, bacon powder (1%), fresh yeast.
Storage: when properly stored in their packaging and in a cool, dry environment, our taralli have a shelf life of six months. We use only 100% natural preservatives, such as extra virgin olive oil and white wine.
Additional details: all our products may contain traces of nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals. They are free from preservatives and artificial colours.
