Ingredients: Italian soft WHEAT flour 51%, Verdeca white wine 16% (SULPHITES), whole Senatore Cappelli durum WHEAT semolina 13%, olive oil, apricot jam (apricots 35%, sugar, glucose syrup, thickener: pectin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifier: calcium citrate) 4%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, fresh yeast.
Storage: when properly stored in their original packaging and kept in a cool, dry place, our fagottini have a shelf life of six months. We use only 100% natural preservatives, such as extra virgin olive oil and white wine.
Additional details: all our products may contain traces of nuts, sesame seeds, and cereals containing gluten. They are free from preservatives and colorants.
