Ingredients: Italian soft WHEAT flour (36%), whole Senatore Cappelli durum WHEAT semolina from Apulia (27.7%), Verdeca white wine (16%) (SULPHITES), Apulian olive oil (9.5%), extra virgin Apulian olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), hazelnut cream [sugar, vegetable oils and fats (palm oil), cocoa powder, milk whey powder, lactose, hazelnuts 2%; emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavors] 4%, fresh yeast.
Storage: when properly stored in their original packaging and kept in a cool, dry place, our fagottini have a shelf life of six months. We use only 100% natural preservatives, such as extra virgin olive oil and white wine.
Additional details: all our products may contain traces of nuts, sesame seeds, and cereals containing gluten. They are free from preservatives and colorants.
