Made exclusively by hand, according to ancient recipes, Zio Pasquale’s taralli are braided one by one with our own hands.
NATURAL LEAVENING
The dough for our taralli rises naturally.
VERDECA WHITE WINE
We select the highest quality raw materials, free from GMOs and respectful of traditional standards.
TYPE 0 FLOUR, 100% ITALIAN
We use a soft wheat flour from Apulia, crafted in an artisanal way, non-GMO, obtained from untreated and native grains.
APULIAN OLIVE OIL
The secret to the excellence of our taralli lies in the use of its main ingredient: olive oil produced in Apulia.
SENATORE CAPPELLI
We use Semola (durum wheat semolina) from Senatore Cappelli, a variety of durum wheat never subjected to genetic modification.
